Each of our products is mailed in a recycled plastic wrap and recycled box to prevent damage from inclement weather. If you are interested in gift wrap, please indicate it on our memo area of the order form.
Due to the limited quantities of each piece, we cannot guarantee that every item will be in stock at the time of your order. However, we will make every effort to indicate online, at the time of your order, whether an item is in or out of stock. All of our hand-loomed sweaters can be custom knit. Each product we sell is hand made in Chicago’s Lakeview area from the highest quality sustainable fabrics and materials with the greatest care. Because of the unique nature of this type of hand-manufacturing, there could be but often times are not, slight variations in each piece. Our hand made and especially hand loomed garments are a particular benefit that we are very proud to offer our customers.

Lara Miller accepts American Express, VISA, and MasterCard credit cards. We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs.
Order Processing and Delivery
We begin processing your order as soon as we receive it. It normally takes 10 to 14 business days for you to receive your shipment. We will inform you as soon as possible of any delay in shipment. Custom orders can take longer to process, depending on the style and availability of materials.
Express shipping is available.
We take as much care in shipping your order as we do in making our products. We offer rush 2nd day and standard (up to 5 business days) shipping.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and copy email@example.com if you would like to have your purchase shipped internationally. International Shipping Rates will be calculated using the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail Flat Rate system. This is a much less expensive way for us to ship internationally to our customers abroad. International Priority Mail ranges from $23 US to Canada and Mexico, and $37 US to all other countries, and a 20 lb weight limit applies. To insure your purchases, an additional fee will be added on top of the regular shipping price and varies according to the value of your purchase (usually falling between $3-10 US). We will notify you via email of the exact amount of your shipping charge once it is processed.
Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, Lara Miller Ltd. has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information.
The shipping charges you pay to Lara Miller Ltd. do NOT include customs fees, import taxes, brokerage fees, or duties. If you refuse to pay the customs fees when your order arrives, the shipment will be returned to Lara Miller Ltd. and we will be charged the customs fees plus return shipping costs. Therefore, we do not issue refunds for customs fees, shipping, or the cost of your order if you refuse to pay the customs fees.
Lara Miller Ltd. has no way of estimating customs fees, taxes, duties, etc. so please do not ask us to do so - we don't have this information. Please contact your local customs office if you need to know more.
It is possible that the delivery of your order could be delayed due to customs processing. If your order does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you should check with your local customs office to see if they are holding the package for payment of fees. Also, some customs offices will send a separate invoice for your customs fees that could arrive several weeks after you receive your shipment. Please be familiar with the customs laws in your country before you order.
Ordering and Shipping Confirmations
After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from Lara Miller Ltd. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, we will notify you once your order ships and send you information to track your package.
